Block Cart

Overview

Block Cart connects your Notion workspace to a live commerce platform so you can run your store directly from Notion.

Products, orders, customers, and subscriptions sync automatically between Notion and your storefront in real time. You manage your data inside Notion, while Block Cart handles checkout, payments, and order processing behind the scenes.

Store owners can use their existing Notion databases as the source of truth for inventory, product catalogs, and order tracking, eliminating the need for separate dashboards or manual syncing. This makes it possible to operate digital or physical stores directly from structured Notion databases while maintaining a familiar workflow.

How to use

1. Create a Block Cart account to get access to your admin dashboard.
2. Connect the integration to your Notion workspace from the Block Cart Admin dashboard.
3. Link your store databases by duplicating the Block Cart template or connecting existing Notion databases manually.
4. Add and manage your products directly inside Notion, including pricing, media, and delivery settings.
5. Publish your storefront and configure pages using the visual editor.
6. As customers purchase, orders and customer data sync automatically to Notion while Block Cart handles checkout, payments, and fulfillment in the background.
